We spent today at Mt Baw Baw. It was truly magical as the large snowflakes fell whilst we had snowball fights and made a snowman. The kids loved it and so did the parents! There is definately something to be said for taking a day off to get out into the wilderness. I can understand why so many large companies use the wild to encourage team building and strategic thinking. It is absolutely refreshing. I was recently down in Tassie on a consulting job and also found the tranquility of green rolling hills got my creative juices going again.
It would be valuable for all small business owners to get out in the wild to re-centre themselves and let the creativity for building their business flow.
